Click on the "Listen Live" Radio online button.
First time listeners will need to download the quick software from Abacast, but after that its a piece of cake!

Elisha's Request feature CD

One of our favorite bands has a new CD release, and we're featuring the double album on Winds of Praise Thursday and Friday!
Elisha's Request, from Washington state has just released "Glory to Glory". The first CD is a wonderfully crafted studio production of 12 new, original songs.
The second side is live, recorded from informal worship gatherings at the Proctor's home.

Thank you for your prayers for Laura Witzig, our daughters' friend, who used to live in Newport several years ago. She has been battling a muscle-eating virus and E.coli, and had to have her leg amputated. She is in the U.C. Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. Praise God--- her condition is now "stable", with vital signs doing much better. She has recently been through three surgeries. On Sat., there will be an exploratory surgery performed. If nothing...

Please pray for Laura Witzig (16 or 17 years old)....she has been battling E-coli for the last week, and has to undergo some serious treatment as it was spreading in her body. She just had to have her leg amputated at U.C. Davis hospital in Sacramento, and there is a question of whether she will make it. Please pray for her health and life, and also for her family. She and her older sister, Anna, used to live in Newport...

Winds of Praise will once again have an indoor booth at the Lincoln County Fair in Newport, July 14-17. We will have a game set up for folks to play; Bibles and other Christian books; CDs; DVDs; give-aways; and cold Pepsi products. We need a handful of helpers to volunteer 2 hour shifts. THERE ARE FREE FAIR ADMISSION PASSES AVAIALBLE FOR VOLUNTEERS. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can help, and we will start mapping out...

We are pleased to announce a couple of new programs on Winds of Praise. Tune in on Tuesdays (that includes tonite!) 5-7 pm for bluegrass Gospel music hosted by Sacred Ground Outreach (Siletz Foursquare Church) Pastor Dan Lundy and his wife, LaRita.

Wanted to announce that the Feature CD on Winds of Praise is now being directed by Night Live Host Don Heist! Don's bringing a lot of good music to the feature, and we invite you to listen Monday through Friday at 5am, 9pm, and 3pm Pacific Times.
Monday, February 13th's feature is "The Orginal Love Song"- Guidelines for Passion from the Song of Solomon as narrated and musically set by Book 22. Should be interesting!

Live Worship on the Air!
We hope you enjoyed the live worship on the radio station Monday at noon, led by Pastor Dean Freeze!
We'll continue this all this week, and hope that you will worship along with us, and consider attending the week's end "Praise, Chowder, and Pie" , at the Fireside Room at the Newport Church of the Nazarene, beginning at 5:30pm, lasting til 7pm.
