Dear Friends,

An extract:
As I am preparing to go to Kenya and visit the children I am reminded of Christ’s words.
[37] "Whoever receives one of these little children in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me, receives not Me but Him who sent Me." (Mar 9:37 NKJV)

AOAACF - Weekly Message July 02
Posted Jul 2nd 2007, 11:41 by AOAACF/AOFNews on Evangelism/Missions
Dear friends,
As I prepare for the trip to Kenya I have been praying for the missionaries and programs there. I have asked for funding for their support and for the finances for the trip. I have been praying for and struggling with the term missionary that we so loosely use in the Church today. I have always felt that those that we work with are more then a missionary.
That they have a true apostolic calling on their lives and...

Well it has been hectic at the Rayman household these past two weeks as we have had several of our grandchildren with us. I have driven over two thousand miles picking them up and taking them back. Passes to Wet and Wild and I must say they mean wild. Two adults and two teenagers and two children in a one room apartment. Challenging to say the least but time with the grandkids - priceless.
Well enough about me. Here is an...

Send them a message of love, understanding and support. It is difficult to say the least when you are on the front lines of missions.

OK so I miss a few days.
James 1
26If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. 27Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

Dear Friends,
This month, join me in remembering Africa's Children.
We cannot allow millions of children in Africa to live, suffer, and die without all the help we can give them. We have with our wealth a responsibility to these children.
Matthew 15:26
He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."
Matthew 19:13
[ The Little Children and Jesus ] Then little children were brought to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray...

Below is information that I received from "Mission Network News" mnn-news@mnnonline.org.
We are helping with a group of teenaged girls that have been forced to seek refuge in Kenya. Their stories are too horrible to even relay here. This is the nature of Islam in Africa. Pray for the Islamic leaders of Sudan. Pray that they will understand the loving nature of God.
Are you African American? The African American spoke up and demonstrated against the white government of South Africa...

Oswald Chambers, author of "My Utmost For His Highest" stated:
"It is easier to serve God without a vision, easier to work for God without a call, because then you are not bothered by what God requires; common sense is your guide, veneered over with Christian sentiment. But if once you truly hear the full commission of Jesus Christ, the awareness of what God wants will be your goal from that point on, and you will no longer be able to...
