Sabbatical Reminder, and Staff Update

Dear Church,
I'm writing to remind you all that I am going on sabbatical beginning Wednesday, May 23rd.  That means that this Sunday will be my last with you for a while.  I'll be back in the office on August 1st.  My family and I will be spending time in Washington State, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Roy Foreman's Memorial Service

Dear Church,
Roy Foreman's memorial service will be held at Redeemer on Monday morning, May 7th, at 10:00 a.m.  You are all invited to join us for this celebration of his life and act of thanksgiving to our Lord. 
Roy will be laid to rest later that day at a private, military graveside service. 
I invite your prayers for Roy, his wife Ann, and all of us who mourn his passing.

I regret to tell you that our dear Roy Foreman has just passed away.  Please pray for him and his family, especially his wife Ann.  He was God's faithful soldier and servant until his life's end.
